We have delicious peppers ready for the BBQ, smoker, grill, or freezer. Roasted peppers are super easy to freeze for a mid-winter meal. Simply roast, peel, cool, place in freezer storage bag, label and freeze. It is really that simple. If you can’t wait to eat the roasted peppers, then you can stuff them with rice and your favorite cheese sauce and top it with your favorite salsa. We have Bell peppers, Jalapenos, Anaheim peppers, Sweet Italian Roasters, and Delilah peppers. Come out to the Farm Stand and fill your freezer!
